The production of a corporate event video typically involves pre-event planning, filming during the event, post-production editing, and the inclusion of branding elements and graphics. The final video can be distributed through various channels, such as websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and internal communication channels.
Capturing your important events through video is a great way to engage attendees and stakeholders, share company culture, highlight milestones, and use within marketing content. Some common types of event video content include:
Speeches/Presentations: Professionally film and edit keynote addresses to share insights and recaps.
Interviews: Capture Q&As with speakers to gain valuable perspectives on one's website or social channels.
Behind-the-Scenes: Give audiences an authentic look at your event planning and activities.
Highlights Reels: Weave together the most impactful moments into a highlights package.
Event videos allow you to extend the life of your event long after it's over. They can reinforce your brand, showcase thought leadership and be used as a marketing asset for future events.
Corporate event videos are professionally produced videos that capture the essence and highlights of various business events, such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, corporate retreats, and award ceremonies. These videos offer businesses a powerful tool for documenting, promoting, and communicating the key moments and messages of their events. From preserving memories to extending reach, enhancing brand exposure, and engaging both internal and external audiences, event videos contribute to the overall success and impact of corporate events. By investing in high-quality event videography and production, businesses can reap the benefits of these videos long after the event has concluded.
Every event is different and on occasion the process may change slightly based on the location, time of day, or type of event.
Stage 1 - Discovery:Is this an office party? Community event? Company Celebration? What are your goals? A tour of a new manufacturing facility or warehouse? We need to know these aspects to structure the edit, understand our limitations when filming, etc.
Stage 2 - Production:We can usually skip a meeting and simply receive a brief or email with the details. However, whether after our meeting and taking care of an agreement, we'll book the film the event. If we need to do some lighting setups, audio rigging, etc. we'll be there during the setup of the event as well. We'll edit any content hired to put together and move onto the next phase.
Stage 3 - Delivery:After approval of the videos or if we are sending you the RAW video, our last step involves delivering those final video products to your marketing team. We'll send any RAW clips via Google Drive and final edits by Vimeo download.
This simplified version of our process can slightly shift from based on your project. When interested, book a call with us so we can begin the steps necessary to begin achieving your goals.
There are several types of Corporate Event Videography services available, including event coverage, video editing and production, aerial videography, 360-degree videos, and social media video production.
Not every event needs each of these. The most common we deploy are event coverage, creating content for social media, and drone videography. Based on your events and goals, we can expertly craft together the right service package for you.
The cost of Corporate Event Videography services depends on several factors, including the type of services, length of the videos, crew size, location, and equipment. Most videographer's may charge a flat fee or hourly rate or package rates.
We ask for a flat rate investment, dependent on the factors mentioned, so you know what you are investing in. It is essential to discuss the pricing structure with a video production company, whether us or someone else, before hiring them.
Currently, we cannot livestream an event in-house. But we have several partners that can we would bring onboard!
Businesses can repurpose their Corporate Event Videos by extracting shorter snippets or highlights for social media posts (this is called making micro content), creating blog posts or articles featuring key takeaways, using key quotes or visuals in email marketing, or incorporating footage into future presentations or pitches.
To optimize Corporate Event Videos for mobile viewers, businesses should ensure that their videos are setup to be mobile responsive, load quickly, have clear visuals and legible text, and provide are editing and their final edit is formatted for mobile device screen sizes.
For example, if a business's target market is B2B, like us, LinkedIn may be a better platform choice. For mobile viewing, you'll want to format your video in a 4:5 or 9:16 aspect ratio.
Corporate events that are filmed can be used internally by capturing informative and engaging videos that showcase your company culture. These videos are great for showcasing good moments to possible new recruits, attracting more applications. We advise such videos be accessed anytime, anywhere to facilitate employee onboarding and continuous learning.
This is just one recommendation of many we can make.
To create engaging and shareable event videos, your business should focus on showcasing the highlights of your event that best line up with your audience's interests and preferences. Use eye-catching visuals and motion graphics/animation, keep the content concise and informative. Use subtitles or closed captioning to keep the attention of viewers and help keep your content accessible. Finally, tailor the videos for social media, and promote the videos across different channels.
