Our Process

Every video is different and the process should change based on the content or sales funnel being created. In this video, we will present a simplified example.

1 Discovery

We want to make sure we know your goals, past successes, where you are now (in your business), and where you want to be (in terms of revenue, sales, training, etc.) That way, we can know exactly what we should be creating and implementing.

Training videos, advertising campaigns, social media content creation, all require us to know different information.

2 Production

After our Discovery Call/Meeting and an agreement has been taken care of, we move to producing the content. Script writing, storyboards, filming, editing, animation, rounds of changes, etc. all are taken care of with regular updates when requested.

3 Delivery And Implementation

Our final step is to deliver the final video products to your marketing team or department by Google Drive or Vimeo download. If you do not have access to marketing resources and need assistance implementing video into your pipeline, we will assist and walk you through this stage.

When you want to hire Tyler Wursta Video to create video content, we begin with a discovery call!
Start by going to our meeting landing page, or use the widget on our website. From there you have three options:

1 How to Book a Discovery Call

The discovery call is for new video projects with new people. We separate past and current because different information is needed.

Click on the desired meeting you are looking to have, select an available day, time, and then "Next." Fill out any and all details requested as the more information we have prior, the smoother and easier our upcoming projects will be. Select from the available location options or input your own, and schedule your event!

2 How to Hire Us for Another Project

The continued partnership meeting is for our past and current customers looking to start new projects. We separate past and current because different information is needed.

Select an available day, time, and then "Next." Inform us of any necessary information, and select from the available location options to meet. Schedule your event!

3 How to Meet with Tyler for Coffee/Network/Talk Shop

This event is for video agencies looking to partner up with us, individuals and business owners looking to share a cup of coffee with Tyler, or a number of other relationship fostering reasons.

Select a day and time you are available, and then "Next." Select a coffee shop or Zoom and schedule your event!

4 What to expect after you're scheduled

Be ready for email reminders and a personal confirmation from Tyler before our meeting.

How to Request Changes to Video Content

How to Request Changes

When requesting changes to your video content with Tyler Wursta Video, we use Vimeo to showcase both single video projects and multiple video projects for review. Here is how to request changes to your content:

1 Access

First, click the link provided to you and enter a password if necessary to view a collection of videos.

2 Inform

Use an excel sheet or write directly into an email what you would like to see from us at the time indicated on screen.

3 Keep in Mind

A single round of changes is equal an email, text, phone call, or other communication to us with alterations to the project. So please make sure all the changes you and your team want are combined into a single contact.

We will continue this process until either you are satisfied with the piece or the maximum amount of changes provided have been met.

How to Download Your Videos

Your videos are done and have been sent to you! Great! But how do you download a copy of them?

1 First Steps

Tyler Wursta Video delivers final content through different means, primarily Vimeo or Google Drive if we are delivering in bulk.

Here’s how to download your content on either platform:

2 For Single Video Projects (Vimeo)

First click the link that was provided to you.

If we have an NDA or are currently working on other projects, fill out any privacy information as usual and click the desired video to download as if you were implementing changes.

Scroll down and click the "Download" button and select either "Original" or your desired resolution. We advise the maximum available.

And you’re done, you have downloaded your video from Vimeo.

3 For Bulk/Multiple Videos (Google Drive)

If we are sending videos in bulk or the RAW files were requested, we use Google Drive to send files. Start by clicking the link to the attached drive folder that was sent to you.

If you see a folder, right click or press the three dots, then select "Download." Your download will begin.

If you see only files available to you, scroll down as far as you can, press control or command “A” to select all, right click on any highlighted file and select "Download." Your download will begin.
Please note that when downloading multiple files like this, browsers may limit you to two gigabytes (2GB). Luckily, this just means a zip folder will be made for every two gigs. The only exception are files larger than two gigabytes (2GB). The RAW footage for a fifteen minute testimonial interview may be around fifty gigabytes (50GB) for example.

4 Other Solutions and in Closing

We tend to deliver most video content by Vimeo, yet Google is an option. If you prefer your own custom solution or other sharing site like Sharepoint, we can accommodate. When you have any questions, please reach out to Tyler directly.
